Scrambled egg myfamily style

probably at the time cheese not easy available and vinegar instead to have the sourish tast and loves onion or to have the egg plenty with the addition of the onions and ... Wallaaa!!! We love it ..

Ingredients

2 eggs

1/2 red onion ( slice or dice)

1 tbs full of vinegar

Butter and salt

Beat egg with vinegar and salt. Then sauttee the onions with butter ( just slightly to soften the onion). Then put in the egg. Do not overcook the egg.
