1/2 kilo tulang ribs OR tengkok (beef)
4 biji kentang
1 biji carrot (hiris but not too nipis)
3 biji tomato
1 batang celery
2 sudu serbuk lada hitam
(option: if you want sup berempah: 3 sudu rempah sup Adabi)
2 punjut sup Adabi
1 biji bawang besar
3 ulas bawang putih
2 inci halia
blend bawang merah, putih and halia
garnish: daun sup, daun bawang and bawang goreng
Firstly pour oil (not too much as you will get more lemak from the beef), tumis bahan blend and serbuk lada hitam (and rempah sup Adabi if sup berempah). Bila tumisan naik bau, masukkan air, tulang daging and also carrot, tomato and celery dan punjut sup. Dont forget ur garan secukup rasa and aji if u use it. Masak hingga daging empuk. Then masukkan kentang. Angkat bila kentang empuk. Then garnish with daun bawang, daun sup and bawang goreng.
and DONE !!!
