1/2 kilo udang sedang in size (jangan kopek kulit)
cili hidup 15 biji (tambah sedikit cili api klu nak pedas)
1 biji bawang merah besar
an inch of ginger
have it blend with the cili and onion.
1 biji bawang merah besar di potong bulat2
2 biji telur
1 helai daun kunyit
1 keping asam keping
3 stalk daun sup dan hiris for garnish
Firstly udang di kunyit n garam then goreng (not too long) then put in a plate
masukkan cili yang diblend into the oil yg goreng udang (agak2 the oil not too much), daun kunyit and asam keping.
goreng hingga cili garing sedikit. Dont forget your garam and a little sugar. Ikut rasa.
When cili is ready masukkan balik udang yg telah digoreng, masukkan bawang yang dipotong bulat. Then masukkan telur and gaul2kannye into the udang. Do not cook it too long. BEST the egss 3/4 cooked.
Angkat into a plate and garnish dengan daun sup tadi.
