supTulang


1/2 kilo tulang ribs OR tengkok (beef)
4 biji kentang
1 biji carrot (hiris but not too nipis)
3 biji tomato
1 batang celery
2 sudu serbuk lada hitam
(option:  if you want sup berempah: 3 sudu rempah sup Adabi)
2 punjut sup Adabi
1 biji bawang besar
3 ulas bawang putih
2 inci halia
blend bawang merah, putih and halia
garnish: daun sup, daun bawang and bawang goreng

Firstly pour oil (not too much as you will get more lemak from the beef), tumis bahan blend and serbuk lada hitam (and rempah sup Adabi if sup berempah).  Bila tumisan naik bau, masukkan air, tulang daging and also carrot, tomato and celery dan punjut sup.  Dont  forget ur garan secukup rasa and aji if u use it. Masak hingga daging empuk.  Then masukkan kentang.  Angkat bila kentang empuk.  Then garnish with daun bawang, daun sup and bawang goreng.
and DONE !!!

Lemak cili api OYSTERmushroom


250 gm OysterMushroom
segenggam cili api (ikut rasa pedas)
1 biji bawang merah
blend with the cili api
1 biji kelapa (ambil santan biar pekat) OR rm2 santan
udang sebagai perencah OR  1 ikan bilis stok
daun kunyit like half leaf.
serbuk kunyit 

Masak bahan yang di blend supaya cili masak.  Then masukkan mushroom, udang OR stok ikan bilis and daun kunyit.  Let it simmer then masukkan santan and little of the serbuk kunyit untuk color. DO NOT leave the pot.  Stir it to avoid pecah minyak.  Dont forget ur garam ikut rasa.
DONE !!

HAVE IT WITH ikan kembung goreng OR ayam goreng YUMnie ..



uDANG berladaberTELUR


1/2 kilo udang sedang in size (jangan kopek kulit)
cili hidup 15 biji (tambah sedikit cili api klu nak pedas)
1 biji bawang merah besar
an inch of ginger
have it blend with the cili and onion.
1 biji bawang merah besar di potong bulat2
2 biji telur
1 helai daun kunyit
1 keping asam keping
3 stalk daun sup dan hiris for garnish

Firstly udang di kunyit n garam then goreng (not too long) then put in a plate
masukkan cili yang diblend into the oil yg goreng udang (agak2 the oil not too much), daun kunyit and asam keping.
goreng hingga cili garing sedikit. Dont forget your garam and a little sugar.  Ikut rasa.
When cili is ready masukkan balik udang yg telah digoreng, masukkan bawang yang dipotong bulat. Then masukkan telur and gaul2kannye into the udang.  Do not cook it too long. BEST the egss 3/4 cooked.
Angkat into a plate and garnish dengan daun sup tadi.

this my arwah mum's recipe.

all you need:   1 ekos ikan (either cencaru or not sure what this fish is in AbuDhani)
ikan dibelah belakang.dan di kunyit.
7 biji cili hidup
2 ulas bawang merah
belacan
And air asam jawa
cili dan bawang ditumbuk or blend
then masakkan cili so that air dikeringkan sedikit
then masukkan dalam perut ikan
deep fry and when done put on a plate and pour a little kicap pekat manis and also little of the fried oil.
and your DONE!!!

MamakStall SaujanaImpian


Just back from the mamak stall.  Aim had mi goreng mamak nd me had mi rojak mamak. Heard about it since back from AbuDhabi but no time. It was gooodd!!!. Will be making an experiment to have the kuah frozen for myhoneyLuv.  Pity he miss it.
